Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic & International Shipping Rates and Estimates:

  • For 0-$99.00 order price, cost will be flat $9.99
  • For above $99.00 order price, domestic shipping is free

International Shipping:

International Shipping Rates:

  • For 0-$99.00 order price, cost will be flat $10.00
  • For above $99.00 order price, shipping is free

Worldwide Flat Rates: $5.99

There are some orders coming from other warehouses whose shipping will be calculated at run time according to product weight/size/category etc. For better understanding of checkout process including shipping charges, we are calculating shipping for those warehouse's products before payment process so that our customers will better confirm everything before payment process.

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Sweden, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Vatican City, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, New Zealand and Japan.

At this time, we do not ship to Cuba, Crimea, Iran, North Korea, and Syria.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow us 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@czarclothing.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes:

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
